We have a number of highly skilled tradespeople who carry out renovation works on our behalf, and our Director personally carries out the Project Management, Sales and Lettings aspects.

Amy has been renovating properties for over 20 years, starting at the age of 19, and has acquired numerous properties that she fully manages as rentals. She has also worked full-time in Site Management for a large housebuilder and as a Building Inspector for a structural warranty company. These job roles have given her extensive knowledge of renovations and of the Construction industry. During her career so far, she has gained a BSc (Hons) in Residential Development and Construction, a CIOB membership and a BSR membership for Building Control practice.
